应用型高校创新创业人才的培养

摘　　要：阐述了应用型高校创新创业人才培养中存在的主要问题;从不重视创新创业人才的培养、创新创业人才培养体系不完善、缺乏法律政策的支持、缺失创新创业课程设计四个方面分析了创新创业人才培养中存在问题的原因;提出了相应的对策建议:加强对创新创业人才培养的考核;构建创新创业人才培养体系;加强对创新创业教育的政策扶持与创新创业课程的设计。Main problems in the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in applicationoriented colleges are expounded.From the aspects of not paying attention to the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents,the imperfect system of innovation and entrepreneurial talents,the lack of support of legal policies,and the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum design,it analyzes the reasons for the problems in the cultivation of innovative entrepreneurs.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:strengthening the assessment of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents;building a training system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents;strengthening the policy support for innovation and entrepreneurship education and designing innovative entrepreneurship courses.
