摘  要:研究了浓度、温度、pH值、时间和牛血清白蛋白(BSA)对复合溶葡萄球菌酶溶液杀菌效果的影响以评价其在兽用领域使用的有效性。结果表明,在0~40℃、pH值4~8下用复合溶葡萄球菌酶溶液处理1 min以上对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、链球菌、宠物源耐甲氧西林伪中间型葡萄球菌(MRSP)、耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的杀菌率均在99.99%以上,当BSA浓度小于20%时对杀菌效果无明显干扰;现场消毒3~5喷(0.6~1.0 mL)使用10 min后对比格犬毛发表面自然菌及MRSP的杀菌率在99.9%以上。The effects of concentration,temperature,time and interference of bovine serum albumin(BSA)on the bactericidal efficacy of compound lysostaphin solution were studied to evaluate its applicability for veterinary disinfection purpose.The results showed that,one minute after spraying,the solution killed over 99.99%of Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,Streptococcus,Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus pseudintermedius(MRSP)and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)at 0-40℃and pH 4-8.When the BSA concentration was lower than 20%,there was no obvious interference on the bactericidal effect.On-site disinfection tests showed that 3-5 sprays(0.6-1.0 mL)of the solution killed over 99.9%of the natural bacteria and MRSP on the dog’s hair surface 10 minutes after treatment.
