新时代检察机关公诉职责的改革与完善

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入了新时代,人民检察事业也进入了新时期。随着多重改革的叠加推进,以及各项改革举措的出台与实施,既丰富了检察机关公诉职责的内涵,又拓展了检察机关公诉职责的范围。新时代检察机关公诉职责由审查起诉、提起公诉、出庭公诉三项基本权能构成,包括刑事公诉、民事公诉、行政公诉三种基本类型。为适应改革要求,促进改革的系统集成和改革效果的叠加显现,需要完善检察机关公诉制度,加强检察机关公诉职责的机制保障。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and people’s procuratorial work has entered a new stage as well.With the superimposition of multiple reforms and the introduction and implementation of various reform measures,the connotation of prosecution responsibility of procuratorial organs has been enriched,and the scope of prosecution responsibility of procuratorial organs has been expanded.In the new era,the prosecution responsibility of procuratorial organs that consists of three basic aspects: examination and prosecution,conducting public prosecution and prosecution in court includes three basic types: criminal prosecution,civil prosecution and administrative prosecution.In order to meet the requirements of the reform and promote the integration of the reform system and the superimposition of the reform effect,it is necessary to improve the prosecution system of the procuratorial organs and strengthen the mechanism guarantee of the prosecution responsibility of the procuratorial organs.
