旋覆代赭汤加减联合盐酸格拉司琼防治化疗性恶心呕吐的效果探讨

摘　　要：目的:对化疗性恶性呕吐患者应用旋覆代赭汤加减联合盐酸格拉司琼的防治效果进行讨论研究。方法:随机选取前来某院就诊的化疗性恶性呕吐患者47例,按照随机数字表法将所有患者分成研究组(n=23)和对照组(n=24),对照组患者单独应用旋覆代赭汤加减治疗,研究组患者引用旋覆代赭汤加减联合盐酸格拉司琼治疗,对比不同组别患者的恶性呕吐治疗效果及治疗满意度等。结果:研究组患者化疗性恶心呕吐治疗效果明显优于对照组,同时治疗满意度也明显高于对照组,指标组间比较差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:化疗性恶心呕吐患者应用旋覆代赭汤加减联合盐酸格拉司琼治疗效果更优,能够在短时间内改善患者恶心呕吐等情况,达到预期疗效,临床应用价值突出。Objective:To investigate the effect of Xuanfudaizhe decoction combined with granisetron hydrochloride in the prevention and treatment of patients with chemotherapy nausea and vomiting.Methods:A total of 47 patients with chemotherapy nausea and vomiting were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method:the study group(n=23)and the control group(n=24).The patients in the control group were treated with Xuanhudaizhe decoction alone,and the patients in the study group were treated with Xuanfudaizhe decoction combined with granisetron hydrochloride.The therapeutic effect and treatment satisfaction of patients in different groups were compared.Results:The therapeutic effect of chemotherapeutic nausea and vomiting in the study group was significantly better than that in the control group,and the treatment satisfaction in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Xuanfudaizhe decoction combined with granisetron hydrochloride in patients with chemotherapeutic nausea and vomiting is better.It can improve the nausea and vomiting situation in a short time and achieve the expected curative effect.The clinical application value is outstanding.
