摘　　要：对江苏省水利"一张图"建设进行回顾总结,描述了省水利地理信息服务平台总体框架,从数据、软件、应用、安全和标准等方面解析了平台的技术路线,对平台标准进行详细说明,为今后省级水信息平台建设和各地水利地理信息建设提供参考和借鉴。The construction of water conservancy"one map"of Jiangsu Province's was reviewed and summarized,the overall framework of the provincial water resources geographic information service platform was described,the technical route of the platform was analyzed from the aspects of data,software,application,security and standards,and the platform standards were elaborated in detail,so as to provide reference for the construction of provincial water information platform and the construction of water conservancy geographic information in the future.
