高校后勤项目管理优化路径探析

摘　　要：在高校后勤管理工作中,项目管理是至关重要的工作内容之一。如何优化项目管理路径,进而达到项目管理预期的目标,适时优化管理模式,在制定项目计划中应注重科学性、实用性,从不断完善和规范项目管理程序和制度、强化项目管理的监管力度、提高管理人员的综合素质等方面入手,对高校后勤项目管理优化路径进行探析,旨在更好地发挥高校后勤工作在高校整体工作中的保障和基础作用,以供参考和借鉴。In the logistics management work of colleges and universities,project management is one of the most important work contents.How to optimize the project management path,and then achieve the expected goal of project management and timely optimization of the management mode,we should pay attention to the scientificity and practicability in making project plan.The paper probes into the optimization path of logistics project management in colleges and universities from the aspects of constantly improving and standardizing project management procedures and systems,strengthening supervision of project management and improving the comprehensive quality of managers,so as to give full play to the guarantee and basic role of college logistics in the overall work of colleges and universities,for reference.
