我国家政服务市场价格乱象的解析与治理

摘　　要：依据市场调查法进行相关研究,发现造成我国家政服务市场价格虚高质价不符、家政服务定价随意性较强、中介服务收费标准差异较大等问题的原因众多,既有市场供需失衡、从业人员综合素质低、家政企业经营管理模式落后等微观主体因素,也有家政服务标准滞后、市场监管缺位等宏观机制因素。必须采取完善家政服务行业扶持政策、强化人力资源管理多措并举提升从业者综合素质、促进家政企业运营模式和经营模式优化、加强家政服务标准建设和服务质量管理、完善市场监管机制等措施,促进我国家政服务行业持续健康发展。This paper makes related study based on market investigations,and finds that there are many factors resulting in high market price with mismatched quality in domestic housekeeping service,strong randomness in pricing and large charge standard difference in intermediary service.The microscopic main body factors of imbalance in market supply and demand,lower comprehensive quality of employee and lagging operation management mode of housekeeping enterprises,and macroscopic mechanism factor of lagged housekeeping service standard and absence in market supervision are both the influence factors.We must improve supporting policy of housekeeping service industry,strengthen human resource management to improve the comprehensive quality of employee,promote the operational mode and optimization of housekeeping enterprise,enhance the construction of housekeeping service standard and service quality management and improve market supervision mechanism to promote the healthy and sustainable development of housekeeping service industry of China.
