摘  要:实习实训在工业工程实践教学体系中处于主体地位,在培养学生工程素养、专业技能、工程实践能力以及创新创业能力中发挥着关键作用。以6所高校为研究对象,对国内工业工程专业实习实训情况进行了现状调查及问题分析;针对现有问题,以学生工程实践及创新能力的渐进提升过程为主线,以资源共享、多主体协同为核心,提出了工业工程专业"多主体协同渐进阶梯式"实习实训模式,对实习实训课程体系以及各门课程的教学要点、教学形式、考核方式等进行了系统性设计,并在南昌航空大学工业工程专业进行了实际应用。实践结果表明,该模式有利于提高工业工程专业学生的工程实践能力和创新创业能力。Training and practice are on the subject position of practical teaching system for industrial engineering major,and play a key role in developing students'engineering quality,professional skills,engineering practice ability,creative and enterprise ability.The training and practice situation and problems of industrial engineering major were studied by taking six domestic universities as examples.The model of multi-agent coordination progressive stepped training and practice for industrial engineering major was put forward according to these problems,which took the progressive process of engineering practice ability and creative and enterprise ability as mainline,and took resource sharing and multi-agent coordination as the core,the course system,teaching emphasis,teaching forms and evaluation mode were systematical designed.It was applied in Nanchang Hangkong University.The example shows that the model is beneficial to improving students'engineering practice ability and creative and enterprise ability.
