多乐氟联合窝沟封闭预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察多乐氟(Duraphat)联合窝沟封闭术预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋的临床效果。方法:拟行窝沟封闭术的26例儿童98颗患牙,随机分为两组,每组49颗牙。对照组单纯应用窝沟封闭术,实验组在窝沟封闭的基础上加用多乐氟。对比分析两组治疗后6个月、12个月、18个月窝沟封闭剂保留情况和患龋情况。结果:治疗后6个月,所有儿童第一恒磨牙均未发现龋损。治疗后12个月、18个月,两组儿童第一恒磨牙患龋率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后18个月,实验组窝沟封闭剂保留率明显高于对照组,实验组龋补牙数、窝沟面龋补牙面数、平滑面龋补牙面数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:多乐氟联合窝沟封闭预防儿童第一恒磨牙龋齿的效果更好,值得临床推广应用。Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Duraphat combined with pit and fissure sealing on preventing first permanent molar caries in children. Methods: 98 teeth in 26 children undergoing pit and fissure sealing were randomly divided into two groups, 49 teeth in each group. The teeth in control group were treated with pit and fissure sealing alone, while the teeth in test group were treated wtih Duraphat combined with pit and fissure sealing. The retention rate of pit and fissure sealant and caries status were observed and compared of 2 groups 6, 12, 18 months after treatment respectivly.Results: 6 months after treatment, no dental caries were found in all children's first permanent molars. There was no significant differences in caries prevalence rate between 2 groups 12 months and 18 months after treatment (P >0.05). 18 months after treatment, the retention rate of pit and fissure sealant of test group was obviously higher than control group (P<0.05);while the decay filled teeth, the decay filled surface of pit and fissure surface and the decay filled surface of even surface were obviously lower (P <0.05). Conclusions: Preventing first permanent molar caries in children with Duraphat combined pit and fissure sealing can obtain better effects, so it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.
