摘 要:中国古代家国一体的社会结构,使"齐家"有着重要的意义。传统家训是"齐家"思想的载体,有着丰厚的内涵,在文化传承和人格培养中曾起过重要作用。家训中"由家及国"的教化理念,"义为利先"的中心命题,"以德教子"的重要内容,"言传身教""严慈相济""因材施教""预防教育"等方法体系,对今天的道德教育仍有借鉴意义。但古代家训中也有一些封建的烙印和糟粕,对传统家训加以现代转化,取其精华,去其糟粕,对其教化体系进行现代重构,对今天的道德教育有重要的启示意义。The social structure of integrating family and state in ancient China makes“Qijia”thought having important significance.Traditional family instruction is the carrier of“Qijia”thoughts,which has rich connotation and once played an important role in cultural inheritance and personality development.In the ancient family training,the concept of“love family,love country”,the central statement of“righteousness above profit”,the important content of“moral education”,the method system of“teaching by precept and example”,“strictness with kindness”,“teaching students in accordance with their aptitude”,and“preventive education”,still have reference on today’s moral education.Although there are some feudal brands and dross in the ancient family instruction,it has important enlightenment for today’s moral education to transform the traditional family precepts into modern ones,take their essence,remove their dross and reconstruct their educational system.
