礞石滚痰汤联合耳穴压豆治疗痰热郁结型躯体形式障碍的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察礞石滚痰汤联合耳穴压豆治疗痰热郁结型躯体形式障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取90例痰热郁结型躯体形式障碍患者,随机分为礞石滚痰汤联合耳穴压豆组(A组)、单用礞石滚痰汤组(B组)、单用度洛西汀组(C组),均治疗6周,根据临床治疗效果、SCL-90评分、健康调查量表(SF-36)评分来评价疗效。结果:治疗后A组临床治疗效果、SCL-90评分及SF-36评分与B组和C组比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:礞石滚痰汤联合耳穴压豆治疗痰热郁结型躯体形式障碍临床疗效肯定,且无不良反应。Objective: To observe clinical efficacy of the Mengshi Guntan decoction (礞石滚痰汤) plus pressing ear acupoints with beans on somatoform disorders of the Tanre Yujie type (痰热郁结型). Methods: 90 cases were divided into three groups. Group A was given the Mengshi Guntan decoction plus pressing ear acupoints with beans;the group B was given the Mengshi Guntan decoction simply;and group C was given duloxetine simply, for 6 weeks. Results: After treatment, the clinical effect, SCL-90 score and SF-36 score in group A were significantly different from those in group B and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion: The Mengshi Guntan decoction plus pressing ear acupoints with beans on somatoform disorders of the Tanre Yujie type show a good effect, no adverse reactions.
