加味牵正散联合针灸治疗面神经炎的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨加味牵正散联合针灸治疗面神经炎的效果。方法:选取2011年1月-2018年1月在医院内确诊为面神经炎并接受相关治疗的患者78例,随机将其分为两组,试验组和对照组,各39例患者。对照组患者接受西医的常规治疗,试验组患者加味牵正散联合针灸治疗,对两组患者治疗有效率和治疗前后的面神经功能进行分析探讨。结果:治疗结束后,试验组患者治疗总有效率为89.7%(35例),对照组患者治疗总有效率为71.8%(28例),两组患者的数据差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对比两组患者治疗前后的面神经功能评分,试验组患者的评分显著低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:面神经炎治疗中,加味牵正散联合针灸的治疗效果较西医治疗显著,可以有效治愈患者,使患者面神经功能得到恢复。Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Qianzheng San (牵正散) plus acupuncture on facial paralysis. Methods: 78 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, 39 patients in each. The control group was treated with the routine western medicine. The experimental group was treated with Qianzheng San plus acupuncture. The efficiency and facial nerve function were analyzed and discussed. Results: After treatment, the total efficiency in the experimental group was 89.7%(35 cases), and was 71.8%(28 cases) in the control group, with a statistically significant difference between groups (P<0.05). The facial nerve function scores in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Qianzheng San plus acupuncture shows a significant effect, can effectively cure patients and restore the facial nerve function.
