摘 要:基于车辆-轨道耦合动力学理论,利用多体动力学软件建立了某型高速车辆动力学模型,研究了高速车辆系统在刚性轨道上运行时,一系水平悬挂刚度参数对车辆横向运行稳定性、曲线通过性能及平稳性的影响。结果表明:一系悬挂横向及纵向刚度参数较大时,车辆系统的非线性临界速度、脱轨系数、轮重减载率和轮轴横向力均呈现出较大的值且垂向平稳性下降,而当横向刚度参数较小时,车辆系统的横向平稳性下降。一系横向及纵向刚度参数取值要在合理范围内并尽可能得到最优值,既要满足车辆系统良好的稳定性及曲线通过性能,又要保证车辆系统具有良好的平稳性。Based on the theory of vehicle track coupling dynamics,a high-speed passenger vehicle dynamics model was established using multi-body dynamics software.The influence of primary horizontal suspension stiffness parameters on the lateral stability,curve passing performance and smoothness was studied when the high-speed vehicle system was running on rigid track.Related results show that when the lateral and longitudinal parameters of primary suspension stiffness are large,the nonlinear critical speed,derailment coefficient,wheel load reduction rate,and wheel axle transverse force of the vehicle system all show larger values while the vertical smoothness decreases.When the lateral stiffness parameters are small,the lateral smoothness of the vehicle system decreases.The value of primary lateral and longitudinal stiffness parameters must be within a reasonable range and get the best value as far as possible,and it is necessary to satisfy the good stability and curve passing performance of the vehicle system and ensure that the vehicle system has good stationarity.
