摘　　要：在回顾我国卫生和健康事业发展的基础上,通过国家权威统计数据整理和文献分析,围绕全生命健康周期,重点梳理了妇幼健康保障、医疗卫生服务、健康管理与促进、健康养老等重点领域的发展现状;分析了我国卫生和健康服务事业发展面临的主要问题和挑战,主要包括健康资源总量不足与分布不均并存、健康产品和服务量质需进一步提升、专业人才缺乏。建议在强化基本健康保障基础上,提升健康服务供给和获得;以需求为导向,加快健康服务产业升级发展;多措并举,加快健康服务人才队伍建设。Based on the review of healthcare service development in China,through the state authoritative statistical data analysis and literature review,this article embraces life health cycle,focuses on current situation from key aspects such as maternal and child health protection,medical and health services,health management and promotion,health care for the elderly,et al. It analyzes main problems and challenges faced by the development of health service industry,which includes the shortage of health resources and uneven distribution,health products and services quality need to be further improved,and lack of professional talents. It suggests that based on strengthening basic health protection to promote health service supply and acquisition,speed up health service industrial upgrading and development. It proposes that handles develops simultaneously,speed up team construction of health service talents.
