摘　　要：行业学院是高校与行业共建的人才培养共同体,是解决时代困境的有效路径。行业学院在应用型人才培养中具有特殊的作用,主要体现为在人才培养方案设置中推动学术逻辑向行业逻辑转换,在人才培养方案实施中推动了学理、技术、工程一体化训练,推动了应用型人才培养的供给侧改革等三个方面。行业学院开展应用型人才培养的基本制度设计主要表现为"产教一体"的组织形式,以学理为基础的技术工程前沿性训练制度,以学生掌握行业知识和能力为基本标准的教学检查与评价制度。Industry college,an effective solution to the obstacles encountered in college education,serves as a collaboration entity between universities and industries on talents cultivation.In the application-oriented talents cultivation,a critical role has been played by industry college,which helps convert academic logics to industry logics in the design of talents training program,promotes integrated training of theory,technology and engineering in the implementation of talents training program,and advances the supply-side reform in the application-oriented talents cultivation.The basic system designed for its application-oriented talents cultivation is mainly reflected in three aspects,that is,the organizational form that integrates industry and education,the forefront training system of technology and engineering based on academic principles,and the system of teaching inspection and evaluation targeting students' command of industry knowledge and capability.
