摘 要:商业健康保险患者是高端医疗市场的重要患者来源,也是高端医疗机构需要重点维护的优质客户。以北京某三甲医院国际医疗部作为研究对象,分析其商保直付服务流程,通过问卷调查、窗口实地观察的方式,总结流程中存在的问题。针对这些问题,分析了国际医疗部采取的若干优化措施,并对未来的直付流程提出了大胆设想。As an important source of customers for high-end medical market, patients with commercial health insurance are the ones that should be paid close attention to. The international medical department of one tertiary compre. hensive hospital in Beijing was chosen as a research object. Through the analysis of direct-billing service to patients with commercial health insurance via questionnaire and observation,the problems that exist in the process were summarized and the improvement measures taken by the hospital were analyzed. An idea for the future process of direct-billing ser. vice was also proposed.
