摘　　要：在工业生产中,如钢厂,煤场,化工厂需要对液体进行监控,更需要对液位进行精确的控制。本文介绍了应用三菱FX5U系列PLC内置模拟量输入及外置模拟量输出模块、变频器、比例阀,通过PLC内部的PID指令功能完成对水箱供水液位的精确控制。Liquidlevel needs to be monitored and be more accurate controlledin theindustrial production such as steelplant,coal yard and chemical plant. To achieve accurate water level control,the analog input and analog output moduleof Mitsubishi FX5U PLC,inverter,proportional valve,etc.wereused as hardware and PID function inside PLC wasused to accurately control water supply.
