摘  要:在卓越法律人才培养的背景下,诊所式法学教育对学生应用性能力的培养越来越重要,也越来越受到广大高校的关注。劳动法课程采用诊所式教学法既符合卓越法律人才培养的要求,也适合劳动法课程教学的特点,同时也有利于学生对劳动法基本理论的掌握。因此,任课教师在劳动法教学中应该创新诊所式教学方法,采用诊所模拟、建立劳动法咨询中心、为困难人群提供法律援助以及参与庭审观摩等方式,既能锻炼学生的职业素养,又能完成教学任务。Under the background of the cultivation of excellent legal talents,clinicallaw education has become more and more important for the cultivation of students'application ability,and has also received more and more attention from colleges and universities.The use of the clinical teaching method in the labor law curriculum not only meets the requirements of the training of outstanding legal talents,but also the characteristics of the teaching of the labor law curriculum.Meantime,it is also conducive to students'mastery of the basic theory of labor law.Therefore,classroom teachers should innovate clinical teaching methods in the teaching of labor law,use clinic simulations,establish a labor law counseling center,provide legal aid to people in need and participate in court trials,etc.,which can not only improve the professional quality of students,but also complete teaching tasks.
