个案管理模式对慢性住院精神分裂症患者的康复作用

摘　　要：目的探究个案管理模式对慢性住院精神分裂症患者康复的影响。方法收集本院2016年7月～2018年7月100例慢性住院精神分裂症患者研究,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组48例用原精神科药物治疗和传统的护理管理模式,观察组52例,在精神科药物治疗的基础上实施个案管理模式,采用阴性症状量表(SANS)、住院精神病患者康复疗效评价定量表(IPROS)、日常生活自理能力量表(ADL)、人际关系量表几个评价工具,评估患者治疗6个月、12个月、18个月康复情况。结果治疗6个月、12个月及18个月后实施个案管理的实验组SANS总评分低均低于对照组、IPROS总评分也低于对照组、ADL评分及人际关系评分高于对照组,以上评分两组比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论实施个案管理对于慢性住院精神分裂症患者,可逐步减轻精神症状,提高生活自理能力及人际交往能力,值得采用。Objective To explore the effect of case management model on rehabilitation of chronic inpatients with schizophrenia. Methods One hundred cases of chronic schizophrenia in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2018 were collected and divided into two groups by random number table method.In the control group,48 patients were treated with the original psychiatric medication and the traditional nursing management model.52 patients in the observation group were given a case management model based on the original psychiatric drug therapy,using the negative symptom scale(SANS)and the rehabilitation effect of the inpatient psychiatric patients.Evaluation tools(IPROS),Daily Living Self-care Capacity Scale(ADL),and Interpersonal Relationship Scale were used to evaluate the rehabilitation of patients treated for 6 months,12 months,and 18 months. Results After 6 months,12 months and 18 months of treatment,the total SANS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group. The total IPROS score was lower than that of the control group.The ADL score and interpersonal relationship score were higher than that of the control group.The above scores of the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05) Conclusion The implementation of case management for chronic inpatients with schizophrenia can gradually alleviate the mental symptoms,improve the ability of living self-care and interpersonal skills,it is worth adopting.
