转型发展形势下地方本科院校应用型专业建设探究——以莆田学院为例

摘　　要：地方本科院校是向应用型院校转型变革的生力军。当前社会高层次应用技术人才培养倡导建设具有应用性、实践性、跨领域性三种特性的应用技能型专业。本文以莆田学院为例,分析学校所面临的专业设置均质、与当地行业组织不衔接、应用技能内在缺失等专业建设局限;尝试提出高校应用技能专业建设的思路:形成应用技能人才培养共识,符合当地企业行业标准,打造实践性学科专业组,促进专业应用技能内在构建,设置应用技能专业评审体制等。Regional higher education institutions are the main forces toward the application-oriented reform and transformation of colleges and universities. Currently, to cultivate high-level applied technical personnel, it should be advocated that applicationoriented specialties be constructed to bear three features: applicability, practicality and field -crossing quality. Taking Putian University as an example, this paper analyzes the limitations of specialties construction faced by the regional higher education institutions, such as disconnection between the specialties setting and the local industry, and inherent deficiency of applied skills regarding the specialties, and proposes some ideas for construction of application-oriented specialties in colleges and universities: a consensus should be reached on the cultivation of talents with applied skills in line with the industry standards of the local enterprises;a professional group of practical disciplines should be built to promote the internal construction of professional applied skills;and a professional evaluation system for applied skills should be set up.
