阳光体育运动开展的现状调查与推进策略——以晋东南地区高职院校为例

摘　　要：通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等对晋东南地区5所高职院校阳光体育运动的开展情况进行全面调查,包括:教师和学生对开展阳光体育运动的态度及认知目标,学生参加阳光体育运动的频率和时间,学校体育教师的专业素质与学生参与阳光体育运动项目需求的相关性分析等方面,从中找出不足及影响的主要因素,并针对现状提出建设性的意见和建议,为晋东南地区各高职院校阳光体育运动更好开展提供理论依据。By means of documentation, questionnaire, interviewing, and mathematical statistics, this paper makes a comprehensive investigation on the development of sunshine sports in five higher vocational colleges in southeastern Shanxi Province, including teachers’and students’attitudes and cognitive goals towards the development of sunshine sports, the frequency and time of students participating in sunshine sports, and the correlation analysis of the P.E. teachers’professional qualities and students’demand for participating in sunshine sports, in order to find out some shortcomings and main influencing factors, put forward some constructive opinions and suggestions in view of the current situation, and provide theoretical basis for promoting sunshine sports in the higher vocational colleges in southeastern Shanxi.
