摘 要:PCB钻床钻孔机构是钻孔设备的重要组成部分,它通过Z轴方向上下运动实现钻孔。首先,对钻床Z轴钻孔机构进行结构介绍;然后,对钻孔机构下钻时产生的钻孔偏差和孔径质量进行分析,简化钻孔机构的模型结构,应用罗伯森-维滕堡(R/W)方法对Z轴钻孔机构进行多刚体系统动力学分析,发现钻孔机构中连接件对钻孔机构的动态特性有着重要的影响;最后对原整体式连接件进行结构改进,改为调心机构,调心机构通过增加压簧以缩小机构传动间隙、增加预拉力、改善动力学特性,从而减少钻孔机构下钻时产生的偏差,提高钻孔质量。The drilling mechanism of PCB drilling machine is an important part of the drilling equipment,and it can drill through Z-axis up and down movement.Firstly,this paper introduces the structure of Z-axis drilling mechanism of drilling machine,and then analyzes the drilling deviation and hole diameter quality produced by drilling mechanism,and simplifies the model structure of drilling mechanism.The dynamic analysis of Z-axis drilling mechanism with multi-rigid-body system is carried out by using R/W method.It is found that the connectors in the drilling mechanism have important influence on the dynamic characteristics of the drilling mechanism.Finally,the original integral connector is improved to be a kind of aligning mechanism.In the centering mechanism,the pressure spring is added to reduce the transmission clearance,and to increase the pre-tension and improve the dynamic characteristics,so as to reduce the deviation and improve the drilling quality.
