构建基于创新创业教育发展要求的高职电商“四岗双创”新模式——以商丘职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高职院校的创新创业教育,是《创新发展行动计划》指引的国家高职优质院校建设中的重要内容,其"双创"教育是将学生的创新意识培养和创新思维养成融入教育教学全过程,按照高质量创新创业教育的需要调配师资、改革教法、完善实践、因材施教,促进专业教育与创新创业教育有机融合。商丘职业技术学院电子商务专业将创新创业教育融入人才培养全过程,创建了电子商务专业"四岗双创"人才培养新模式。围绕"四岗"设置课程体系,以"双创"为导向设计专业实习实训,从而形成了自己的特色。Innovation and entrepreneurship education in higher vocational colleges is an important part of the construction of national high-quality Higher Vocational Colleges Guided by[ the Action Plan for Innovation and Development]. Its “double-creation” education integrates the cultivation of students' innovative consciousness and innovative thinking into the whole process of education and teaching. according to the needs of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship education,allocates teachers,reforms teaching methods,perfects practice,teaches students in accordance with their aptitude,and promotes the organic combination of professional education and innovative entrepreneurship education. Shangqiu Polytechnic integrates innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of personnel training,and creates a new mode of "four posts and two innovations" personnel training for e-commerce specialty. Setting up curriculum system around "four posts" and designing professional practice and training guided by “double creation” have formed its own characteristics.
