摘　　要：目的探讨理中汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻型胃肠功能紊乱患者的临床效果以及对炎症因子与免疫功能的影响。方法选取在我院消化内科诊治的腹泻型胃肠功能紊乱患者122例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组61例。对照组患者采用双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上结合理中汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果;检测比较两组患者的炎症因子水平及免疫功能的变化情况。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率(91. 8%)显著高于对照组(72. 1%),差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。治疗4周后,两组患者的炎症因子水平均显著降低,观察组患者的炎症因子水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);两组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平均显著升高,CD8^+水平显著降低;观察组患者的CD3^+、CD4^+及CD4^+/CD8^+水平显著高于对照组,CD8^+水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论理中汤联合双歧杆菌三联活菌片治疗腹泻型胃肠功能紊乱患者,能提高临床治疗效果,降低炎症因子水平,增强免疫功能,值得在临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Lizhong decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable on diarrhea-type gastrointestinal disorders and the effects on inflammatory factors and immune function.Methods 122 patients with diarrhea-type gastrointestinal disorders treated in Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 61 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable,and the patients in the observation group were treated with Lizhong decoction on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.The changes of inflammatory factors and immune function were detected and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(91.8%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(72.1%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors were significantly decreased in the two groups.The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+were significantly increased,and CD8^+levels were significantly decreased in the two groups.The levels of CD3^+,CD4^+and CD4^+/CD8^+in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the CD8^+level was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lizhong decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable for patients with diarrhea-type gastrointestinal dysfunction can improve clinical treatment effect,reduce inflammatory factors level and enhance immune function.It is worth for clinical application.
