公正与效率关系探析

摘　　要：在伦理学与经济学范畴内,公正与效率之间哪一个应当先于另一方而存在一直是学者们讨论的重点问题,但公正理论与效率理论含义的多样性,往往容易使讨论陷入概念之争和理论之争。公正与效率的关系是与经济发展水平和发展背景密不可分的,不存在一成不变的公正与效率的关系。公正与效率的关系在不同的历史背景下是不同的,所以追求一种合理的公正及应当的效率才能更好地对建设现代化经济体系以及完善社会主义市场经济体制起到积极的推动作用。In ethics and economics category,which should precede the other exists between justice and efficiency has been the focus issue that scholars discussed.However,the diversity of the meaning of justice theory and efficiency theory tends to make the discussion fall into the concept dispute and the theoretical dispute.The relationship between justice and efficiency is inseparable from the level of economic development and development background,and there is no permanent relationship between justice and efficiency.The relationship between justice and efficiency is different in different historical contexts.In the current social situation in our country,efficiency and justice are the policy objectives that socialism must achieve.Therefore,the pursuit of a reasonable justice and the efficiency should be able to play a positive role in building a modern economic system and improving the socialist market economic system.
