循经井穴放血治疗丘脑卒中所致麻木的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨循经井穴放血疗法治疗丘脑卒中所致麻木症状的临床疗效及对凝血功能的影响。方法选取100例丘脑卒中所致麻木病人,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予循经井穴放血治疗,观察两组临床疗效及治疗后感觉障碍评定积分及凝血功能变化。结果治疗后,试验组麻木总积分明显下降,且与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);麻木积分随着治疗时间延长,逐渐降低。试验组总有效率明显高于对照组(90.0%与58.0%,P<0.01)。治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间及国际化标准比值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循经井穴放血疗法治疗丘脑卒中所致麻木临床疗效确切,其可能是通过改善外源性凝血途径,促进血液循环有关。Objective To observe the clinical effect of pricking blood therapy of Jing acupoints along meridians on the numbness induced by thalamic stroke and the effect on coagulation function.Methods One hundred patients with numbness induced by thalamic stroke were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=50).The control group was treated with conventional therapy.On the basis of this,the experimental group was given pricking blood therapy of Jing acupoints along meridians.The clinical efficacy,post-treatment sensory disturbance scores,and changes of coagulation function in two groups were observed.Results The experimental group total score decreased significantly after treatment,compared with control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01),and numbness integral with the treatment time,gradually decreased,the total efficiency of the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,prothrombin time and international standard ratio were changed between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The pricking blood therapy of Jing acupoints along meridians has positive clinical efficacy in treating thalamic stroke,which may be related to its promotion of blood circulation through improving the extrinsic coagulation pathway.
