依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的Meta分析

摘　　要：目的系统评价依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的疗效及安全性。方法检索中国知网数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、万方数据库、PubMed、EmBase、Cochrone图书馆,检索时限为从建库到2017年8月9日。基于PRISMA的流程图对检索到的文献进行筛查,采用Cochrone手册推荐的随机对照试验(RCT)评估方法对纳入RCT研究的偏倚风险进行评估。采用RevMan 5.2软件进行统计学分析。结果共18篇文献纳入本次Meta分析。结果显示:依达拉奉联合疏血通治疗急性脑梗死的总有效率[风险比(RR)=1.20,95%置信区间(95%CI)(1.16,1.25),P<0.000 01]、痊愈率[RR=1.57,95%CI(1.37,1.81),P<0.000 01]、神经功能缺损评分[标准均方差(SMD)=-0.94,95%CI(-1.16,-0.73),P<0.000 01]和日常生活能力评分[SMD=0.82,95%CI(0.63,1.00),P<0.000 01]均优于对照组。结论依达拉奉联合疏血通能明显改善急性脑梗死的临床治疗效果,且安全性较好。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Edaravone and Shuxuetong in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods CNKI,VIP and Wanfang,PubMed,EmBase and Cochrone library database were searched from establishment to 9 August 2017.The screening of literatures was conducted according to the PRISMA guidelines.The risk of bias was evaluated according to the Cochrone methods.Statistical analysis was conducted by RevMan 5.2.Results Eighteen literatures were included.The total effective rate[relative risk(RR)=1.20,95%confidence interval(95%CI)1.16~1.25,P=0.000 01],curative rate[RR=1.57,95%CI(1.37,1.81),P<0.000 01],neurological[standardized mean difference(SMD)=-0.94,95%CI(-1.16,-0.73),P<0.000 01],and activities of daily living[SMD=0.82,95%CI(0.63,1.00),P<0.000 01]of acute cerebral infarction in the group of Edaravone and Shuxuetong were significantly better than that in control group.Conlusion The combination of Edaravone and Shuxuetong could significantly improve the clinical effect of acute cerebral infarction,and the safety was better.
