摘 要:电动汽车行业发展迅速,充电时的安全问题一直是人们关注的重点,电缆的严重弯曲会导致电缆结构被破坏,从而出现漏电、短路等安全隐患。利用有限元分析的方法模拟电动汽车直流充电电缆成品在弯曲情况下的所受应力与变形情况,建立了相关模型,选择SOLID164单元作为电缆的单元类型,选择铜和橡胶类材料分别作为导体与保护结构的材料,在保证计算精度的情况下,进行了网格的划分,同时设置了约束与载荷等相关参数,有效模拟了电缆的弯曲过程。结果表明:电缆在弯曲的过程中,各个结构之间除出现相互摩擦之外,还会发生轴向的滑移,且在弯曲过程中弯曲会在某一位置持续进行,而其余部位的变形较小,各个结构的应力-应变数据符合相关材料设定,能够为电动汽车充电电缆的研究提供一定的理论支持。The electric vehicle industry is developing rapidly,and the safety problem during charging has always at.tract people’s attention.The severe bending of the cable will cause the cable structure to be destroyed,and resulting in potential safety hazards such as leakage and short circuit.In this paper,the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the stress and deformation of the electric vehicle DC charging cable under bending conditions.The relevant model is established with related software.The SOLID164 unit is selected as the unit type of the cable,and the cop.per and rubber materials are selected as the material of conductors and protection structure.Under the condition of en.suring the calculation accuracy,use some methods like sweeping and mapping to divide the grid,and set some related parameters such as constraints and loads,which effectively simulates the bending process of the cable.The results show that in the process of bending,in addition to mutual friction between the various structures,axial slip will occur between the various structures.The bending will continue at a certain position during the bending process,and the de.formation of the remaining parts are small.The stress.strain data of each structure conforms to the relevant material settings.It can provide some theoretical support for the research of electric vehicle charging cable.
