摘 要:美国联邦政府公务员考核的法律法规体系较为完善,主要由国会通过的联邦成文法规、联邦政府人事管理机构制定的具体章程或政策措施、判例等法律法规构成。本文通过对美国公务员考核法律法规的梳理,以期对构建高效、规范的公务员考核制度体系提供借鉴。The legal system for the assessment of US federal government civil servant is relatively complete. Its legal system is generally composed of federal written regulations passed by the Congress, specific regulations or policy measures formulated by the federal government's personnel management agencies, case laws and other laws and regulations. This paper organized the US laws and regulations on civil servant assessment, with a view of providing reference for the construction of an efficient, standardized civil service assessment system.
