摘　　要：国家创新驱动、新常态下产业转型升级对高等职业教育提出了新的要求,它将决定着我国"十三五"乃至中长期战略目标能否顺利实现。当前我国高职院校正处于向高水平职业院校迈进的关键阶段,也是全面深化综合改革、加快转型发展和内涵发展的攻坚时期。该文结合高层次技术技能人才培养的目标和要求,探讨高职院校创新发展中的问题与对策。The national innovation drive, industrial transformation and upgrading under the new normal had put forward new requirements for education, which would determine whether the 13th Five-year plan and even long-term strategic goals can be realized smoothly. At present, higher vocational colleges in our country were at a critical stage of moving towards a higher-level vocational college. It was also an important crucial period for comprehensively deepening comprehensive reform, speeding up transformation and the connotation of development. This paper discussed the problems and countermeasures of vocational college innovation and development in combination with the goals and requirements of cultivation of high-level technical skills.
