摘　　要：本文针对毕业论文排版的相关问题进行探讨,给出科学有效的排版流程,同时提出利用微课和VBA对论文排版进行指导,为师生节省了论文排版和修改的时间,避免了重复的劳动,提高了工作效率。This paper discusses the related issues of graduation thesis typesetting, gives a scientif ic and effective typesetting process, and puts forward the use of micro-lectures and VBA to guide the paper typesetting. It saves the time for the papers and revisions for the teachers and students, avoids the duplication of labor and improves the work eff iciency.
