摘 要:目的探讨临床医学本科生血液病教学中采用对分课堂教学模式的教学效果。方法以中国医科大学临床医学专业60名本科生为研究对象,随机分为两组,分别接受传统讲授教学和对分课堂教学,通过课后基础理论测试、病例分析测试和教学满意度调查问卷评估教学效果。结果两组的基础理论知识成绩、病例分析成绩经比较,对分课堂组均优于传统教学组,且二者的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);在教学满意度调查方面,对分课堂组在授课内容是否清晰、课程设计是否合理、方法是否新颖、是否达到教学目的、难度是否适中等五方面的总分高于传统教学组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对分课堂教学较传统讲授教学能够促进学生对课堂内容的掌握程度,提升教学满意度,显示出良好的教学效果。Objective To explore the teaching effect of PAD Class model in the teaching of Hematology for clinical medical undergraduates.Methods 60 undergraduates majored in clinical medicine in China Medical University were randomly assigned to two groups and accepted two teaching methods separately:traditional teaching method and PAD Class teaching method.Teaching effect was evaluated by using basic theory examination,case analysis and satisfaction questionnaire.Results Comparing scores of basic theoretical knowledge and case analysis,PAD Class teaching group is superior to traditional teaching group,and their difference is of statistic significance(P<0.05).In terms of teaching satisfaction,PAD Class teaching group achieved higher total score in clear teaching content,reasonable curriculum design,new teaching method,accomplishment of teaching objective as well as moderate degree of difficulty,and their difference is of statistic meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with traditional teaching method,PAD Class teaching method could help students master content learnt on the class,improve teaching satisfaction and enhance teaching effect.
