补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6在结肠癌中的表达

摘　　要：目的检测补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6(complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 6,CTRP6)在结肠癌中的表达。方法选取行结肠癌根治术的患者121例为研究对象,免疫组织化学方法检测CTRP6在癌组织及癌旁正常组织的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果 121例结肠癌患者中,108例患者癌细胞胞浆中的CTRP6表达阳性,13例患者癌细胞胞浆中的CTRP6表达阴性,所有结肠癌患者的癌旁正常组织中的CTRP6表达均为阴性。CTRP6的表达与患者性别、平均年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度、脉管内瘤栓、神经侵犯、淋巴结转移比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTRP6在结肠癌组织中高表达,其表达与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、分化程度、浸润深度等均无相关性。Objective To detect the expression of complement C1q/tumor necrosis factor-related protein 6 (CTRP6) in colon cancer. Methods One hundred twenty one patients who underwent radical resection of colon cancer were selected as subjects. The expressions of CTRP6 in cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry. The statistical relationship between its expression and various clinical features was analyzed. Results CTRP6 expression was positive in the cytoplasm of cancer cells in 108 out of 121 colon cancer patients and CTRP6 in the cytoplasm of 13 cancer patients. Negative CTRP6 expression was found in normal non-cancer cells in all 121 colon cancer patients. CTRP6 expression was not statistically significant with patients’ gender, mean age, tumor size, differentiation, depth of invasion, intravascular tumor thrombosis, nerve invasion, lymph node metastasis ( P > 0.05 ). Conclusion CTRP6 is highly expressed in colon cancer tissues. There is no correlation of the expression of CTRP6 with patients’ gender, mean age, tumor size, degree of differentiation and depth of invasion.
