摘 要:寄宿留守儿童面临的多层面适应问题是当前我国政府和学界亟须解决的一个新难题。学校社会工作服务体系在协助解决寄宿学校存在的问题和回应寄宿留守儿童的需求方面有其独特优势。希望社工和西部阳光以自下而上的方式,成为推动西部地区寄宿留守儿童学校社工服务项目的典范,但缺乏政府部门自上而下的学校社会工作制度建设,因而难以保障这一有效服务方式普遍推广。为此,寄宿留守儿童学校社会工作服务体系建设可以通过"自上而下"与"自下而上"相结合的方式,从组织管理、经费来源、人才来源、服务平台、评估机制等方面着手建构,从而保障学校社会工作服务的持续开展。The multi-level adaptation of left-behind children in boarding schools is a new problem to be solved by the Chinese government and the academic circle. The service system of school social work has its unique advantages in helping solve the problems in boarding schools and responding to the needs of left-behind children in boarding schools. Hope Social Work Service Centre in Guangyuan and Western Sunshine Foundation have become the models of promoting social work service projects in boarding schools for left-behind children in western China in a bottom-up manner. However, due to the lack of top-down school social work system construction by the government, it is difficult to guarantee the universal promotion of this effective service mode. Therefore, the construction of social work service system of boarding schools for left-behind children can be carried out from the aspects of organizational management, financial source, talent guarantee, service platform and evaluation mechanism through the combination of “top-down” and “bottom-up”, so as to ensure the continuous development of school social work service.
