摘　　要：护理人员是关乎医疗质量与全民健康的关键角色。护理人员的流失对患者个人康复及健康中国建设皆为不利。关注护理人员流失现状,具有十分重要的伦理意义。为重塑伦理意识,防止人员流失,提出四点建议:一是维护护理人员形象,提升护理人员社会认可;二是加强护士自身修养,提升护理职业道德水平;三是善用护患沟通技巧,积极构建和谐护患关系;四是规范护理人员待遇,保障护理人员合理需求。Nurse is a key role to both medical quality and public health.The loss of nursing staff is bad to both the recovery of patients and the building of healthy China.Study focusing on the loss of nurses has very important ethical value.By analyzing current situation and the reasons of losing nursing staff,the article put forward four points of proposal of ethics,namely maintaining the image of nurses and improving their social recognition,strengthening the self-cultivation of nurses and improving the professional ethics of nursing,making good use of the communication skills between nurses and patients so as to build harmonious relationship between them and standardizing the payment of nurses and guaranteeing the reasonable demand of nurses.
