摘　　要：随着角膜移植技术的发展,深部前板层角膜移植、撕除后弹力层等成分角膜移植方式越来越多地应用于临床,以替代传统的穿透性角膜移植术。不同角膜移植术后角膜生物力学的变化有何不同,受到广泛关注。本文简述了角膜的生物力学特性、在体角膜生物力学测量方法,并针对近期国内外学者对不同角膜移植术后角膜生物力学变化的研究进行综述。With the development of surgical technology,deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty,descemet’s stripping automated endothelial keratoplasty are more and more applied in clinical practice instead of traditional penetrating keratoplasty.The changes in corneal biomechanics after different corneal transplantation are widely concerned.In this paper,the biomechanical properties of cornea and the measurement methods of corneal biomechanics in vivo,and the recent researches on corneal biomechanical changes after corneal transplantation are briefly reviewed.
