摘 要:针对开关磁阻电机转矩脉动大与其不对称半桥驱动控制系统开发周期长的问题,研究了一种基于转矩分配函数的三相全桥式开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制方法。利用三相全桥控制方式,分析了开关磁阻电机的控制逻辑,根据控制逻辑划分转角区间,进而推导了不同转矩区间的转矩模型,用推导的转矩模型确定了基于转矩分配函数的控制方法,构建了基于转矩分配函数的三相全桥式开关磁阻电机转矩脉动抑制控制系统结构,并对控制系统进行了实验研究。实验结果验证了该转矩脉动抑制方法的有效性。Aiming at the issues of the large torque ripple and the long development cycle of asymmetric-half-bridge-drive control system for the switched reluctance motor,a torque ripple suppression method was proposed for the threephase full-bridge switched reluctance motor based on torque distribution function.The control logic of the switched reluctance motor was first analyzed by using three-phase full-bridge control method.The interval of the rotation angle was then determined according to the control logic.Furthermore,the torque model was derived under different intervals of the torque.The torque model was used to determine the torque-distribution-function control method.Additionally,the structure of the torque-ripple-suppression control system of the three-phase full-bridge switched reluctance motor was constructed based on torque distribution function.The control system was studied experimentally.The experimental results verified the effectiveness of the introduced method.
