基于问题导向的包装特色高校自动化专业人才培养机制重构——以湖南工业大学自动化专业综合改革试点为例

摘　　要：针对毕业生的跟踪,是高校基于问题为导向的践行持续改进理念而实现学生培养过程优化的重要反馈机制。针对参与问卷调查的自动化专业毕业生问卷答题信息进行分析,获得毕业生就业质量状况和其对于母校培养过程状况的看法,深入剖析其存在问题,并提出培养机制重构相应对策。立足包装特色的湖南工业大学自动化专业通过将毕业生反馈嵌入,对学生培养过程进行精准优化。The tracking of graduates is an important feedback mechanism for the optimization of the student training process based on the problem-oriented practice of continuous improvement.According to the analysis of the automation graduates participating in the questionnaire survey,the article obtained the employment quality status of the graduates and their views on the status of the university training process,deeply analyzed the existing problems,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures for the training mechanism reconstruction.The Automation major of Hunan University of Technology,based on the packaging characteristics,accurately optimizes the student training process by embedding graduate feedback.
