摘  要:结合重载铁路工程项目,将引自国外的快速弹条扣件系统应用到靖神铁路工程。为解决该扣件与国内铁路现有成熟产品配套的问题,在既有国铁Ⅲ型轨枕的基础上,结合快速弹条扣件系统的特点,对扣件进行了配套普通轨枕和桥枕的设计,采用预应力混凝土轨枕设计方法对桥枕的受力及承载能力进行了检算;根据轨枕产品的试制试验情况对接口设计方案进行了细节设计,优化了预埋件周边尺寸控制等,提出了针对预埋件接口的生产制作要求及制作工艺建议。结合工程应用过程中遇到的实际问题,对护轨采用50 kg/m钢轨这一超出设计使用范围的情况进行了相关说明。结果表明,经配套设计的轨枕可满足扣件安装及工程实际应用的需要。Combined with the heavy haul railway project, the fastclip fastening system introduced from abroad was applied to Jing-Shen Railway project. In order to solve the problem of matching the fastening with the existing products of domestic railways, based on the existing type III sleepers of the national railways and combined with the characteristics of the fastclip fastening system, the design of matching ordinary sleepers and bridge sleepers was carried out, and the stress and bearing capacity of bridge sleepers were checked by the design method of prestressing concrete sleepers;the joint was made according to the trial-production test of sleepers. Detailed design of the port design was carried out, and the size around the embedded parts was optimized. The production requirements and manufacturing process suggestions for the port of the embedded parts were put forward. Moreover, combined with the practical problems encountered in engineering application, the application of 50 kg/ m rail as guardrail of the bridge sleeper was explained, which was beyond the design range for this time. The results show that the designed sleeper can meet the needs of fastening installation and engineering application.
