摘  要:利用生物发酵法合成长链二元酸,通过碱中和法和复分解法合成长链二元酸金属皂盐,采用刚果红法、热老化烘箱法和流变试验研究长链二元酸金属皂盐的热稳定性,利用协同效应复配出用于在PVC管材中的无毒复合稳定剂,结果表明二元羧酸盐的热稳定效果与有化合物中金属含量有关,含量越高稳定效果越好;另外因为碳链的长度决定了化合物与PVC的相容性,而相容性也会影响稳定效果;二元羧酸金属盐的金属对PVC热稳定性影响很大,锌盐表现在初期稳定性,而钙盐主要表现为后期稳定性。The long chain dicarboxylic acid was first made by the biological fermentation process,and then the long chain dicarboxylic acid metal soap salt was synthesized by the alkali neutralization method and double decomposition method.Thus,the application of such long chain dicarboxylic acid metal soap salt in PVC pipes was studied through the Congo red method,the thermal aging oven method and rheological tests.The following results were achieved.First,a dicarboxylate,as a PVC heat stabilizer,has a good thermal stability to different degrees,affected by its metal contents and its compatibility with PVC resins.The higher the metal content and the better the compatibility,the better the stability will be.Second,the metal in dicarboxylic acid metal salts has a strong influence on the thermal stability of PVC.The zinc salt has initial stability while calcium salt has later stability.
