德育视域下的耻德教育  

On Education of Honors and Disgraces Based on Morals

摘　　要：当前高校中的部分大学生没有把时间和精力用于加强思想道德修养和增长学识才干上,究其原因是他们缺失羞耻心,流露出"不以耻为耻,反以耻为荣"的心理。传统耻德要求人们涵养"仁""礼",遵循社会伦理道德规范;讲究"信""义",造就"大同社会";建立"功""业",体现担当精神。高校要培养德才兼备的大学生,正好与传统耻德要求相吻合。高校开展耻德教育,有着重要意义。高校实施耻德教育的对策:正确运用"知情意行"的道德教育规律,激励大学生涵养羞耻心;教师榜样示范,引领大学生遵循社会主义道德;统筹实施,建立耻德教育长效机制。Some college students in higher education at present haven’t spent much time and energy on ideological morality and knowledge learning. The main reasons for this are that they got some mind of lacking shame and outpouring their “not care of shame but like to be shame”. The traditional honors and disgraces need people behave like ‘goodness’ and ‘etiquettes’, adhering to social ethics norms, paying particular attention to ‘faith’ and ‘justice’, bringing up ‘Utopia’, establishing ‘merit’ and ‘occupation’, and embodying the acting spirit. The requirements for cultivation of college students with political integrity and ability meet the needs of traditional honors and disgraces. It is profound to make education of honors and disgraces in China higher education. The countermeasures to it lie in correct morality education rule application of ‘knowing the inside story then thought proceeding’, encouraging them self-restrain of shame, leading them obeying socialism morality by teachers’ example, so that the plan for the entire project is done to set up a permanent mechanism of honors and disgraces education.
