柴胡舒肝丸辅助艾司西肽普兰治疗老年女性脑卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探讨柴胡舒肝丸辅助艾司西酞普兰治疗老年女性脑卒中后抑郁症患者的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月至2015年12月我院收治的98例老年女性脑卒中后抑郁症患者,采用随机数字表法将入选患者随机分为观察组50例和对照组48例,对照组给予艾司西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组基础之上加用柴胡舒肝丸治疗,比较分析两组患者的临床治疗效果、认知功能变化情况、生活质量变化情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组的临床治愈率、总有效率、MoCA评分、MMSE评分、BI评分、FMA评分明显高于对照组,NIHSS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论艾司西酞普兰联合柴胡舒肝丸可以有效提升老年女性脑卒中后抑郁症患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的认知功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Pill with escita lopram in the treatment of post-stroke depression in elderly women with escitalopram.Methods Totally 98 elderly female patients with post-stroke depression admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2015 were randomly divided into observation group(n=50)and control group(n=48).Control group was treated with escitalopram,while the observation group was treated with Chaihu Shugan Pill on the basis of the treatment of control group.The clinical efficacy,cognitive function,quality of life and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the clinical cure rate,total effective rate,MoCA score,MMSE score,BI score and FMA score of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05),while the NIHSS score was significantly lower than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Escitalopram combined with Chaihu Shugan Pill can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,cognitive function and quality of life of elderly women with post-stroke depression,which is worthy of clinical application.
