摘  要:本论文针对现有"手动单探针"模式的固相微萃取装置在萃取时会产生人为手动计时的失误,以及单探针在萃取同一样品不同类目标分析物时会产生目标物相互竞争的问题,提出了将"手动单探针"改为"自动双探针"的解决方案,设计全自动双萃取装置并加工装配实现。机构设计中通过SolidWorks软件进行三维结构建模及输出工程图,关键零件采用数控机床进行加工。电气及控制方面,计算机通过运动控制卡输出控制信号,采用气动元件执行探针纤维头的伸缩、步进电机驱动滑台实现萃取探针整体高度的调节,磁力搅拌器与计算机采用串口通讯,并基于WPF框架开发了简单便捷的人机交互软件。该装置实现了计算机控制双探头自动萃取,萃取时间、探头工作流程以及萃取条件设置后可实现萃取过程中的全自动控制。Solid phase micro-extraction(SPME) is an important chemical analysis process in fields of environment, food and medical,etc.The traditional SPME process is operated manually with a single extraction probe.The timing errors due to operator careless and the competition between different target components during their absorption onto same probe are two key problem.In order to solve the above problems,an“automatic dual probes”device is proposed and realized to replace the existing"manual single probe"SPME devices.SolidWorks software was used for three-dimensional modeling and engineering drawing output.The key parts are processed by computer numerical control(CNC)machine tools.A 32-channel isolated digital I/O module is employed to transfer the control signals from PC to the implement mechanisms, the cylinder for the expansion control of probe fiber head and stepper motor for lifting of the whole detection module. The parameters adjustment during the SPME process is carried out by the computational controlled magnetic stirrer which communicate with the PC through RS232 serial port.A simple and convenient human-computer interaction software is developed based on the WPF framework.The device realizes computer-controlled dual-probe extraction,the extraction time,the probe working process and the extraction conditions can be set.
