摘　　要：在分析山西省军工企业间协同创新实现机制发展现状的基础上,从协同组织、创新机制、政府政策、融资体制等方面揭示了其现存的发展难题,提出定位协同创新主体能力、健全协同创新管理机制、组建协同创新实体平台、改善协同创新活动环境等建议,为山西省军工企业成功实现转型发展提供理论依据。Based on the analysis of the present situation of the realization mechanism of collaborative innovation among military enterprises in Shanxi Province, this paper reveals the existing development problems from the aspects of collaborative organization, innovation mechanism, government policy and financing system, and puts forward some suggestions, such as positioning the main capacity of collaborative innovation, improving the management mechanism of collaborative innovation, establishing the platform of collaborative innovation entity, and improving the environment of collaborative innovation activities to provide theoretical basis for the successful transformation and development of Shanxi military enterprises.
