睡眠医学诊疗技术在临床的推广研究

摘　　要：目的探讨集中培训的方式对基层医院相关专业医生推广睡眠医学诊疗技术的临床效果。方法选择吉林省辖区内23家县医院或县级市医院,从事与睡眠医学相关专业主治医师以上职称的医生,培训前、后分别进行试卷考试,培训前的考试成绩为对照组,培训后的考试成绩为观察组,观察培训前、后睡眠医学知识的掌握情况。结果培训后及培训前睡眠知识掌握成绩优的比较,观察组明显高于对照组,χ~2=83.49,P <0.05,差异有统计学意义;培训后及培训前睡眠知识掌握成绩优和良两者总和的比较,观察组明显高于对照组,χ~2=48.15, P <0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论睡眠医学诊疗技术这项适宜技术在基层医院临床的推广取得了较好的效果。Objective To explore the clinical effect of centralized training on the promotion of sleep medicine diagnosis and treatment technology by professional doctors in primary hospitals. Methods Doctors with the title of chief physician or above who are engaged in sleep medicine in 23 county hospitals or county hospitals in Jilin Province were selected. Examination papers were conducted before and after training. The test scores before training were the control group, while the test scores after training were the observation group. The mastery of sleep medicine knowledge before and after training was observed. Results After training and before training, the score of excellent sleep knowledge mastery in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,χ^2=83.49, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. After training and before training, the total score of excellent and good sleep knowledge mastery in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,χ^2=48.15, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The sleep medicine diagnosis and treatment technology of this suitable technology has obtained the good curative effect to the elementary level hospital clinical popularization.
