摘　　要：目的了解我国当前关节外科医师对全膝关节置换术(total knee arthroplasty,TKA)规范技术的掌握情况,为进一步调整、提高我国全膝关节置换术继续教育水平提供指导。方法以调查问卷的形式,对参加2017年TKA继续教育课程的医师进行调查,并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果三甲以下级别医院医师在TKA术前与患者及家属积极沟通和术前使用模板进行参数测量的人数比例低于三甲医院医师(P <0.05);参与调查者中有28.83%未开展TKA翻修手术;受调查者对本次继续教育过程中的两种新型教学方式认可率分别达到76.58%和82.88%,而对于之后将分级教学及增加助教的方式,接受医师比率分别为77.48%及81.08%。结论 (1)我国基层医师TKA手术不规范现象仍然存在;(2)我国关节外科医师对全膝关节翻修手术术前准备尚有不足;(3)现阶段TKA继续教育课程认可度高,但仍无法满足不同级别医院医师的学习需求。Objective To explore the mastery of total knee arthroplasty in joint surgeons from different degree hospitals and provide guidance for improving the continuing medical education of TKA in China. Methods In the form of questionnaires, physicians who participated in the TKA continuing education course in 2017 were investigated and the results were analyzed statistically. Results Surgeons from second-senior hospitals communicate less with patients preoperatively than that in top three hospitals (P < 0.05);The rate of preoperative templating in secondsenior hospitals was also lower than that in top three hospitals (P < 0.05). 28.83% of surgeons questioned had not launched total revision TKA. The acceptance rates of the two new teaching methods in the process of continuing education reached 76.58% and 82.88% respectively. As for the way of graded teaching and assistant teaching, the rate of receiving doctors was 77.48% and 81.08% respectively. Conclusion (1) TKA has been carried on in primary hospitals, but surgeon technique is nonstandard;(2)Joint surgeons have not totally prepared for the increasing revision TKA patients;(3) Our continuing medical education gets recognition from most surgeons, but still can not meets the full need of TKA study.
