摘  要:目的通过患者满意度调查分析临床工作中的欠缺,从而为目前的医学生培养模式的改进提供理论依据。方法对2012—2015年中国医科大学附属盛京医院内分泌科患者对整个诊疗过程的满意度情况作出回顾分析,分析影响患者满意度的因素,进而讨论目前医学生培养中的不足之处。结果首次与住院医师会面等待时间、对所患疾病现状解释、对预期治疗结果解释(OR=7.665,95%CI 2.427~24.207,P=0.001)是影响患者满意度的因素。因此,患者的满意度主要和医患沟通的程度直接相关。结论经分析,医患沟通情况是影响满意度的最主要问题。医患沟通相关课程和医患沟通的相关培养可能是改善医患沟通效果的方式。Objective To analyze deficiencies in clinical works through patients’ satisfaction survey, and provide theory evidence for improvement of present medical education mode. Methods Patients in Endocrinology Department of Shengjing Hospital of China Medical University were surveyed for satisfaction on the whole process of hospitalizing in clinic and ward during 2012 to 2015. Factors that affected the patients’ satisfaction were analyzed to investigate defects of present medical education mode. Results The waiting time for the first meeting with the resident, the explanation of the current situation of the disease, and the explanation of the expected treatment results (OR=7.665, 95% CI 2.427~24.207, P=0.001) were the factors affecting patient satisfaction. Therefore, patient satisfaction is directly related to the degree of doctor-patient communication. Conclusion Doctor-patient communication is the key point of patients’ satisfaction. We can try to add doctor-patient communication course in theory education and enhance doctor-patient communication skill in clinical education, to improve communication result and raise communication ability.
