摘　　要：在大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者中,炎症与其病理过程有着重要的联系,炎症性改变是患者疾病进展的主要相关因素。本文主要对青年群体大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的不同发病机制进行分析,并且针对不同发病机制的危险因素进行探究。通过对国内外青年脑梗死患者相关研究文献进行分析,发现动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者具有发病急、发病凶险等特点^([1]),因此在治疗过程中需要明确发病机制,本次研究列举不同发病机制下青年群体大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死患者的传统危险因素、其他炎症因素与青年患者自身危险因素,以提高对此疾病的重视与认识。In patients with atherosclerotic cerebral infarction, inflammation is closely related to the pathological process, and inflammatory changes are the main factors related to the progression of the disease. In this paper, we analyzed the different pathogenesis of atherosclerotic cerebral infarction in young people, and explored the risk factors of different pathogenesis.Through the analysis of relevant literature on the patients with cerebral infarction at home and abroad, we found that atherosclerotic cerebral infarction patients has the characteristics of acute and fatal. Therefore, the pathogenesis needs to be clarified during the treatment process.The traditional risk factors,other inflammatory factors and young patients’ own risk factors of the patients with large atherosclerotic cerebral infarction under different pathogenesis are enumerated to raise the importance and understanding of the disease.
