摘　　要：本文以"七育人"工作中的"组织育人"工作创新为重点,积极研究"网络组织"的构建、管理运营、育人工作开展、效果调研反馈等内容,有效完成基于"互联网+"的组织构建,创新思想政治教育工作方法,开拓思想政治工作新着力点,形成全员育人格局,实现全过程、全方位育人,取得在立德树人工作中的新时效。This article focuses on the "organization education" work innovation in the work of "Education by teaching, scientific research, practice, management, service, culture and organization".Actively researching the construction of "network organizations",management and operation,carry out the work of educating people,effect research feedback,etc.Based on the effective completion of "Internet plus" organization building,innovating ideological and political education methods,opening up new focus of ideological and political work to form a whole pattern of educating people.Realizing to educate people in the whole process and in all directions so that acquiring new prescriptions in the work of high moral values establishment and people cultivation.
