摘 要:动脉穿刺置管术是临床麻醉的基本操作技能之一,也是麻醉专业指导教学的重点和难点。超声技术目前被广泛应用于麻醉诊疗的各个方面,为临床麻醉工作带来了革命性的跨越式发展。本文主要介绍了超声引导下两种平面内外结合法在动脉穿刺教学中的实施方法和优势。Artery Cannulation is an basic technique in clinical anesthesia,which is also a key and difficult point in anesthesiology clinical teaching. Ultrasound technology has been widely used in various aspects of anesthesia diagnosis and treatment, which has brought revolutionary development for clinical anesthesia practice. This paper mainly introduces the implementation and advantages of two kinds of using ultrasoundguided in-plane and out-of-plane approaches in the teaching for artery cannulation.
